The kombucha brewed in Säsi Brewery is handcrafted and unpasteurised to preserve the authenticity and true character of the beverage. The raw materials used in production are organically certified and carefully picked. We have selected high-quality aromatic varieties of black and green tea for the production of our kombucha. The sugar used in the beverages is organic unrefined raw cane sugar, and the juices used to flavour the beverages are exclusively from organic producers.
